Stephane joined Venters where she was a Paralegal for a year before completing her two-year training contract, qualifying as a solicitor in 2020. There she remained for a further year practising as a family solicitor.

Stephanie joined Pinney Talfourd in 2021 as a solicitor in the family department where she undertakes work in relation to private child applications, divorce and finances and cohabitation.

Stephanie sits on the staff committee, People of Pinneys Society (POPS)
