Career

As part of his degree, Kristian had a year long work placement in 2001 / 2002 at Dickinson Manser Solicitors, a firm in Poole, Dorset where Kristian first developed his passion for Private Client work. Kristian subsequently joined Dickinson Manser Solicitors to complete his two-year long training contract, qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. Kristian joined Pinney Talfourd in 2007 as part of the Private Client team.

Kristian is a highly experienced Trusts practitioner who advises on a range of Trust matters including the creation, administration and winding up of various types of Trusts.

Kristian has a reputation for being a Trust Expert both within and outside of the firm. He is regularly consulted by other professionals in relation to Trust and Estate work and other Private Client matters.

Memberships

Kristian is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having completed his STEP Diploma in 2009. Kristian is also a an Accredited Lifetime Lawyer – one of the most qualified Lawyers in the country supporting vulnerable and older people.

Kristian is also a member of the firm’s Charity Committee assisting and participating in the planning of fundraising events.

Education

Kristian Croad studied his law degree at Bournemouth University, graduating in 2003 and completing his Legal Practice Course in 2004. Bournemouth University.

Personal

On a personal note, Kristian is a Husband and a Father of two boys that keep him occupied in his spare time. Kristian enjoys watching a variety of sports including Football and Rugby and is an avid supporter of AFC Bournemouth. Kristian also enjoys running when he can find the time.
