Career

Emma has spent over 8 years working in law firms, the majority spent  working in a leading tier 1 Legal 500 firm.

Emma joined Pinney Talfourd in January 2023 as a litigation paralegal and was promoted following obtaining her CILEX practising certificate.  Emma is now a qualified lawyer within the firm’s commercial litigation and medical negligence departments. Emma spends the majority of her time working with commercial litigation Partner, Nick Hatchett, and also works on clinical negligence and personal injury cases with Partner, Stephen Green.

Memberships

Emma is an APIL Practitioner member.

Education

Emma attended CILEX Law School and completed her Level 6 Higher Diploma in Law and Practice in March 2022.

Emma went onto qualify on 13 June 2023 and is now a CILEX Lawyer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Personal

On a personal note, in her spare time Emma likes to take her dog for long walks and likes to go kayaking. Emma also like to travel abroad with her family.
