• Advised CEGEE on an ESG revolving facility to Exel Industries (June 2022).
• Advised CEGEE and BPALC as arrangers on the financing of the secondary LBO of B-Hive (April 2022).
• Advised Clarion Partners Europe Limited on the financing of a forward funding agreement (VEFA) in respect of 93,000 sqm logistic platform in Boisseaux and Barmainville (April 2022).
