Joseph’s practice involves guiding clients through all stages of a potential dispute. Whether through negotiation or collaboration, Joe focuses on resolving disputes for his clients before litigation wherever possible. When litigation is unavoidable, Joe will zealously represent his clients’ interests throughout the litigation process, from the onset of a litigation all the way through discovery, motion practice, trial, and post-judgment recovery.

Joe has worked with clients across a range of industries, including insurance, sports and entertainment, real estate, finance and banking, and the art world, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal court.
