Kevin has worked at DJB since the firm was founded and previously practised in the Government Property Lawyers, formerly a part of the Treasury Solicitors Department.  He has therefore been a key lawyer to many of our public sector clients including Central and Local Government organisations.  Kevin carries out a wide variety of land sales and acquisitions, licences, easements and leases for various clients.  He has also worked on several of the firm’s voluntary registration schemes, personally undertaking numerous title investigations and registrations for English Heritage sites at Ironbridge and castles at Dover, Bolsover and Carlisle.  Kevin has extensive experience of Right to Buy legislation and procedure. He has a key role in undertaking this type of work on behalf of local authorities and also routine conveyancing and general property management matters.
