Michael is a partner and co-head of the Media Corporate Group, and has more than 25 years’ experience focused on the media and technology space. Michael is the go-to UK corporate adviser in the independent television production sector, where he has advised on over 100 investments and sales. His clients, whom he advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues, include household names in the television, film, sport, broadcast and digital and technology sectors. Michael is widely recognised as the leading UK corporate adviser in the independent television production sector, working on sales and acquisitions of companies within that space, as well as on the formation and funding of new production ventures for both creative talent and investors. He is also well-known for his work in the sport sector and is a member of the editorial board of World Sports Law Report.
