Position
Stephen is a Partner and Solicitor and head of both the Corporate Department and the Corporate Restructuring and Recovery Department. With a wide ranging corporate and commercial practice, Stephen acts for wide variety of clients in many sectors including private equity and venture capital funds, sports manufacturers and retailers, property companies, marketing and management consultants, IT companies and businesses in the leisure and entertainment sectors with many clients having an entrepreneurial bias.
Stephen’s work ranges from start-ups to long established companies, management buyouts and joint ventures, to advice on constitutional documents and contractual terms and conditions. Stephen has more than 20 years’ restructuring experience, advising on both solvent and insolvent restructuring. Work areas include corporate rescue and turnaround in addition to solvent restructuring, corporate finance.
