Neal Samarji
Position
Neal has been an insurance litigation specialist lawyer from the start of his career in 1992. He was head of insurance litigation at Elliotts where he spent 11 years before joining Weightmans in 2003.
Neal has significant experience in defendant insurance litigation particularly high value and sensitive injury litigation including catastrophic injuries.
Neal’s work is divided between his legal practice and managing client relationships where his approach is pro-active and focused in providing solutions and value to clients’ needs.
Memberships include the Law Society and Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL).
