Simon Forster
Position
Simon is a Partner who manages the large loss teams in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Leicester. He has responsibility for all aspects of team management and performance across each site, reporting directly to Weightmans’ Director of Claims and Head of Service Delivery to ensure the consistency and quality of Weightmans’ product.
Simon has experience in dealing with and supervising all aspects of complex catastrophic injury claims, from indemnity and liability enquiries, to the extensive medical investigations required of cases involving brain injury, tetraplegia, paraplegia and polytrauma.
