Katie Gemmell
Position
Katie is a legal director in the large loss department. She has specialised in defendant catastrophic litigation for 15 years dealing with all aspects of liability, indemnity and quantum including issues relating to rehabilitation, statutory funding, reverse indemnities and periodical payment orders. Katie has acted for both insurers and the Motor Insurers Bureau and is currently a specialist large loss handler working with Markerstudy Insurance.
