Becki Smith
Position
Becki is an Associate in our family team. Becki assists clients with all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, financial remedies, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, variation of maintenance, cohabitee disputes, injunctions, and private children law.
Becki trained as a Solicitor at Weightmans and qualified in 2020, with over 6 years’ litigation experience prior to qualification.
Becki is an active member of Resolution and sits on the Merseyside Resolution Committee.
