 Helen joined Weightmans in 2017 and is an Associate in the employment, pensions and immigration team, based in Liverpool.
 Helen has a large and varied caseload. She acts on behalf of a wide range of clients, including charities, SMEs, large corporate and public sector clients. She provides clients with commercial pragmatic advice.
 Helen specialises in defending high-value employment tribunal claims, often involving sensitive and complex allegations of discrimination. She also handles claims involving TUPE transfers and whistleblowing.
 Helen advises clients on an ad hoc basis in respect of Settlement Agreements and routinely carries out non-contentious work such as reviewing, amending and drafting employment contracts and providing corporate support. She has experience of advising clients in respect of both large-scale and individual redundancies.
 Helen is an experienced advocate who regularly represents clients in the Employment Tribunal.
