Career
Diep Hoang is the founding Partner of Dilinh Legal. Diep has extensive experience in corporate, M&A, and employment matters. With extensive knowledge of doing business in Vietnam, Diep has advised numerous foreign investors on market entry, foreign investment approval, joint venture, company establishment and operation.
Diep advised HSBC on the establishment of the very first wholly foreign-owned bank in Vietnam in 2008. Diep acted for Formosa Steel on its 2016 marine pollution incident, one of the most significant pollution incidents in Vietnam with extensive media coverage.
Diep has been recognized by the Legal 500 for her corporate and litigation works in 2018, 2019, 2020 Editions. In 2020, Diep is ranked by Asia Law Profiles as Vietnam’s Top 100 Lawyers.
