Diep Hoang founded the firm in 2010. In September 2017, Michael Lee joined the firm as a partner, bringing with him over ten years of experience at two international law firms in Vietnam. Corporate: Our lawyers have assisted many foreign investors to establish and maintain their legal/commercial presence in Vietnam through a variety of vehicles, including the establishment of representative offices, wholly foreign-owned companies, joint venture entities, and business cooperation contracts.
Dispute resolution: Dilinh Legal has strong dispute resolution and crisis management capabilities. Michael has extensive civil litigation experience in the United States and has been an arbitrator with the Vietnam International Arbitration Center since May of 2012. He has advised on numerous high-profile labor disputes in Vietnam. Diep regularly represents Phu Hung Group in their civil disputes and has advised other clients on a number of marquee civil disputes including advising a Taiwanese multinational on one of the most significant environmental pollution incidents in Vietnam and advising a multinational Taiwanese manufacturer on a high-profile tax audit.
Labor: Labor and employment issues and conflict resolution present many challenges to companies operating in Vietnam, ranging from risk management, regulatory compliance, negotiation, mediation to litigation, employee and union relations, and public relations matters. Real estate: Our team has extensive experience in advising foreign developers on real estate projects, including structuring real estate transactions, drafting real estate joint venture agreements, drafting land purchase agreements, booking agreements, lease and long-term lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements for residential units, and assisting in negotiation with Vietnamese developers.
