Shirshak worked on some of the most high-profile and the largest cross-border acquisition deal in Nepal. Shirshak has been working in various hydroelectricity projects advising various project participants, including project sponsors, project companies, lenders, bilateral and multilateral agencies, contractors, suppliers, consultants, etc. In project and infrastructure development sectors, Shirshak works with various foreign contractors in high value transactions in relation to airport and other infrastructure development projects. In aviation sector Shirshak handled matters relating to aircraft leasing and financing, air carriers’ liability, insurance and reinsurance claims, management of accident liability claims, etc. and acted for numerous insurers and re-insurers in the management of accident liability claims for several fatal aviation accidents in Nepal.
