Career

Michael was admitted as a solicitor of both the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in June 1990 and the Supreme Court of England and Wales in September 1991. Michael set up Tung & Co. in 2007. Michael was appointed as a China-Appointed Attesting Officer in July 2012.

Michael has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and commercial legal practices. His areas of practice cover IPOs, takeovers, M&A, issues of securities, pre-IPO investments, and other regulated transactions relating to listed companies. Michael is also experienced in other general commercial practices including advice on Hong Kong companies, securities law and various commercial contracts. Furthermore, Michael is currently the company secretary and legal advisor of numerous listed companies in Hong Kong.
