Katherine was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in 2004. She has become a partner of our firm since 2014.

Katherine specializes in IPO as well as M&A, and has extensive experience in equity fund-raising activities including rights issue, and placing of shares, convertible notes and non-listed warrants. She also advises companies on post-listing compliance matters and general commercial matters.
