Cheryl advises clients locally and nationally in all aspects of licensing law. She takes a pro-active approach, ensuring the licence secured meets her clients’ business needs.
She has particular experience in the areas of premises licences, club premises certificate, personal licences and temporary event notices.
She represents a range of clients including a national commercial retailer, national hotel chains, small independent operators and fast food outlets.
Work undertaken by Cheryl includes co-ordinating the applications for the grant of licences for over 100 sites across the country for a national statutory body, companies with a large number of licensed venues, including premises licences, personal licences and temporary event notices.
Cheryl has successfully co-ordinated and supervised several large nationwide projects which were submitted within a short period of time, as urgent priorities.
She has been able to ensure clients’ objectives are achieved and has overcome regulators’ objections and concerns through this process. In many cases this has satisfied regulators and removed the need for any protracted hearings.
