Roger is the partner in charge of the Personal Injury and Road Traffic Accident Team at Ward Hadaway. The team has strength and depth to deal with all levels of injury.
He has over 25 years’ experience in personal injury work and has been instrumental in building his specialist team.
The Unit has specialist Brain Injury, RTA, Industrial Disease, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability and Public Liability Teams.
Roger has a relaxed, approachable manner and can relate well with injured clients and their families, having had lengthy experience of dealing with all types of injury cases.
Cases are handled on a No Win, No Fee basis, cutting down on financial risks for clients who are already facing a variety of difficulties.
Roger acts for clients who have sustained all levels of injury from minor injuries to more extensive trauma injuries that result in multi-million pound settlements.
He is accredited under the Law Society Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme.
Roger deals with all types of Personal Injury claims and in particular high value and complex cases.
