Career

Tajriyaan Akram Hussain is a Barrister-at-law who had been called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 2019 by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Prior to this, she had completed her LLB from the University of London in August 2017. She is also an enrolled advocate at the District and Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka. She is a young associate at the firm and is energetic, perceptive, enthusiastic, and keen to perfect the necessary skill-set required for legal practice. 

 

Tajriyaan works at the Chambers under the supervision of her seniors, Mr Saqeb Mahbub (Partner) and Mr A.M.Mahbub Uddin (Head of Chambers), assisting in and fast developing vast knowledge and expertise in a wide range of Corporate, Civil and Criminal litigation matters. Tajriyaan has assisted in legal work related to several notable and high profile cases at the Chambers. 

 

Additionally, Tajriyaan efficiently juggles her teaching career on top of her work at the Chambers and is a part-time lecturer of politics at LCLS(S).
