Munindra Dvivedi is a Counsel in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. With over 13 years of experience at the Bar, he represents clients in various civil and criminal trials and litigation. He regularly represents them at the Supreme Court of India as well as various District Courts, High Courts, Appellate Tribunals and quasi-judicial bodies. Munindra is also involved in a number of high profile arbitration and has represented clients before Arbitral Tribunals and Courts in cases pertaining to real estate, commercial disputes and criminal litigation. He completed his LL.B. from Symbiosis Law College (Pune).
