Mr He, a specialised legal practitioner with 14 years of experience in China IP and policy sectors, offers effective and innovative solutions to challenges facing his clients in China and overseas. He has represented multinational clients in complex China enforcement and regulatory matters. A number of his cases were listed as top IP cases by Chinese judiciary authorities. He has rich experience in anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy sectors by advising major brands in sports and fashion industry. In recent years, major industrial associations including US Chamber of Commerce, the Software Alliance and PhRMA, often consult with Mr He for China IP enforcement and policy matters. Mr He also has rich experience in handling IP related antitrust matters, including dealing with high profile standard essential patent licensing investigations. Mr He is admitted to the State Bar of California. Mr He was recently named as one of Managing IP Stars 2014. He regularly publishes for legal communities and speaks at major legal conferences.
