Career

I am a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations, and other general corporate matters. I am the joint managing partner of our Singapore office.

Today, I provide advice to corporations, government agencies, regulators and international organisations.

I head the firm’s corporate secretarial practice and I am the company secretary to around 200 private limited companies in Singapore. I routinely advise on a full range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, corporate restructures and transactions, cross border M&A, joint ventures, corporate finance, alliance and other general corporate matters.

Due to my extensive experiences in corporate matters, I am regularly invited to lecture or present on professional events and professional courses covering corporate governance, competition law and corporate sustainability.

I also work on commercial transactions involving competition law, public procurement, digitalisation, infrastructure and regulatory advice.

I currently act as the legal adviser to a number of local regulators and have maintained good relationship with the local regulators.
