Sunil Tyagi, Co-founder, and Managing Partner at ZEUS Law, brings over 30 years of legal experience since 1991. Leading critical divisions within the firm including Real Estate & Infrastructure, Foreign Investment, Private Equity, and General Corporate practice, he also oversees operations.

His expertise spans over Indian Civil Law, Business, and Commercial Law, with a focus on sectors like Health, Infrastructure & Real Estate, Special Economic Zones, Aviation, Information and Technology, Trading, and in-depth insight of foreign and national commercial markets. Sunil advises foreign investors, institutions, and individuals, offering strategic guidance in Foreign Direct Investment, corporate matters, exchange control regulations, investment structuring, and compliance.

Sunil has extensive experience in transactions relating to establishing commercial relationship/contracts of diverse nature for franchisee/distribution marketing network.
