Sandeep Bhuraria, a Senior Partner at ZEUS Law Associates brings over three decades of expertise in Companies Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Debt Recovery and Corporate Restructuring. In his distinguished career, he has been a key figure in restructuring listed and unlisted entities across diverse industries. 

He excels in managing shareholder disputes and navigating complexities in mergers, demergers, reverse mergers, hiving off, slump sales through business transfer agreements, and more, on behalf of renowned corporations. 

Sandeep is a trusted advisor on issues pertaining to insolvency resolution and has represented various resolution professionals, liquidators, successful resolution applicants, financial creditors, operational creditors, personal guarantors to corporate persons, MSMEs and even corporate debtors before various NCLTs, NCLAT (Delhi and Chennai) and the Supreme Court of India. His expertise lies in overseeing and formulating effective resolution plans for addressing the diverse challenges faced by corporate debtors across various sectors. Notably, Sandeep spearheaded the successful implementation of the first-ever reverse corporate insolvency resolution process. 

His exceptional work has been highly regarded in Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs) throughout the country. Additionally, he has expertly represented numerous borrowers in proceedings initiated under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act.
