Mr. Pralakorn Siwawej is a partner in the litigation and arbitration group at Weerawong C&P. He represents clients in domestic and international litigation and arbitration proceedings. His areas of expertise include pre-litigation stages, complex commercial, construction and infrastructure projects, oil and gas, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, and environmental law. He is a guest lecturer at national law schools and the co-author of articles on arbitration in Thailand in several leading legal publications.
