Madeleine is a Partner in the Real Estate and Commercial Property team in our Watford office and specialises in three main areas: real estate finance, commercial property investment and landlord and tenant matters.
Madeleine has experience in acting for a variety of clients, from individual investors and owner managed businesses, to PLCs and offshore companies with a large property portfolio, and financial institutions such as Santander and Svenska Handelsbanken. Madeleine also offers support to the Corporate team dealing with the property aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
