Career

David is a Partner in our Watford Commercial Property team, specialising in property and planning law, with special reference to development projects. David’s particular specialty is property development, where he has acted for many well known national, regional and local developers. David’s experience includes dealing with sites of varying sizes, site assembly and disposal, S.106 agreements, Highways Act agreements and other infrastructure agreements, options, conditional contracts, tenders and more.

Strategic Land

David is currently involved in two sites with a potential for 5000 homes, commercial and associated development.

Advising Schools

David has advised independent schools on their property portfolios and foundation and state schools on property and planning matters. He has secured lending work acting for banks and borrowers

David also has experience working with complex and high end residential property, land promotion agreements, property joint ventures, dealing with land for social housing, liquidator sales and routine commercial property matters.
