Career

Serena is a partner in the Commercial team based in our London office. She has many years’ experience working in-house at FTSE 100 companies such as Disney, Diageo and O2. This means that she understands from the client perspective what makes good legal advice.

Serena was Head of Intellectual Property for Telefónica managing their brand, technology and content around the world. The expertise gained in doing so enables her to help you use your own IP to maximum effect, whether your business is small or large.

Meeting Your Needs

Serena enjoys working with innovative enterprises, and can guide you along the journey from having a great idea, through commercialising it and raising funding, to build your own successful business.

She currently works with UK and international hi tech companies, universities, research and development organisations, design companies, charities, industry regulatory bodies and standards development organisations. Her work includes collaboration agreements, open innovation arrangements, terms of grant awards, copyright and patent licensing, data privacy and governance, and trade mark and registered design prosecution and licensing.

Serena is also a member of our Reputation Management team.
