Career

Gary is an experience legal professional currently undertaking contentious landlord and tenant cases as well as a variety of civil litigation matters including contract disputes, consumer advice, neighbour disputes and dispute resolution.

Gary began his legal career in October 2009 as a Paralegal and went on to become a qualified solicitor in September 2013 after completing his training contract with Vanderpump & Sykes.

Gary now has over 10 years’ experience in legal practice. Some of his most notable achievements include:

1.) Overturning an Ofsted Decision on appeal – a very rare and difficult task!
2.) Obtained a Freezing Order and successful Judgement for £ 1,000,000 claim in the High court in a reported case.

Education

Prior to this Gary completed his law degree at Nottingham Trent University between 2002 – 2005 he went on to take his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.

During the period 2005 to 2013 Gary gained experience in three different law firms covering the areas of Criminal Law, Conveyancing, Litigation and Family Law.
