Career

Arnold joined Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP as a partner in 1999. His primary focus is in investment funds and related regulations. He is a Consultant of the Funds & Investment Management Practice Group that provides advice on fund management and investment advisory services and generally on the establishment of both onshore and offshore investment funds.

Recognised as “a leading light in Singapore for private funds work”, Arnold has been named as a Global Elite Thought Leader for Private Funds by Who’s Who Legal since 2018. In addition, he has been listed in The Best Lawyers in Singapore for Private Funds since 2010 and Venture Capital Law since 2013, and The Legal 500 Asia Pacific has included him in the Leading Lawyers Hall of Fame for Investment Funds.
