Lim Lip Sze has extensive experience in civil litigation and has been involved in or has provided advice to financial institutions and corporate clients on diverse matters such as banking, contract, insurance, employment and torts. Lip Sze is also widely experienced in banking litigation and is acting for leading financial institutions on major litigations. He has appeared for corporate clients in various commercial disputes and matters relating to injunctive relief, breach of trust, labour and industrial relations.
