Malcolm’s primary areas of practice cover:

• • Debt recovery: he has assisted in debt recovery proceedings and bankruptcy proceedings particularly in the drafting and filing of the legal documentation required including bankruptcy notice, creditor’s petition, proof of debt form, etc;
  • Commercial and contractual disputes: additionally, he has experience in assisting clients to resolve commercial and contractual disputes including breach of contract, default in payment, etc;
  • Land disputes: further, he has also assisted clients with land disputes including claiming for adequate compensation in land reference proceedings, applying for possession of land from illegal occupiers and defending claims relating to Native Customary Rights.
