• Involved with an acquisition project of a company worth RM5.7 million.
• Advised for the incorporation of new companies in Malaysia, Indonesia and UAE.
• Advised a company from China with regards to its target investment company in Malaysia.
• Drafted and negotiated in sale and purchase of share transactions.
• Assisted in advising Malaysia Venture Capital, Malaysia Debt Ventures in their venture capital investment in trust fund.
• Assisted in advising Kumpulan Modal Perdana Sdn. Bhd. in their venture capital investment in trust fund

Career

MOHD ASHRAF RAMLI graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) in 2012.

He then furthered his studies in Shari’ah Law and obtained his second degree, Bachelor of Laws in Shari’ah (LLB_S) from the same in 2013.

Ashraf was an active student whereby he had been elected to the position of Vice President of the Law Students’ Society (“LAWSOC”) for the tenure of 2010-2011 in the IIUM.

After completing his pupilage at Abu Talib Shahrom, he was then called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted to the roll of Advocates and Solicitors in July 2014 and thereafter began his career with Azmi & Associates.

He is currently attached to the Senior Partner’s Office under the supervision of our Senior Partner, Dato’ Azmi Mohd Ali.
