Position
Mr. Jia is the director of International Trade and Maritime Department of Zhong Yin. He has extensive experience in dealing with anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard investigatinos. Familiar with WTO Anti-dumping Agreement as well as anti-dumping laws and regulations of many countries, he has represented more than 300 Chinese enterprises in about 200 anti-dumping or countervailing investigations initiated by U.S., EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Eurasian Economic Union, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia,Vietnam, South Africa, Egypt, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Peru,Columbia,Chile and Uruguay. Mr. Jia has been ranked as a leading lawyer in the field of International Trade/WTO by Chambers & Partners, LEGAL 500 and LEGALBAND from 2013 to 2023.
