Dong Wan has accumulated rich practicing experience in finance legal service sectors, her focusing areas include but are not limited to asset securitization, bank credit, financial products, structured financing, and other assets management and investment bank businesses, consumer finance and internet finance, perpetual bond, financial bond, debenture, debt-to-equity swap, trust, finance lease, as well as corporate incorporation, M&A, restructure, reorganization, private equity and such other legal matters. Since the reopening of the asset securitization market in China from 2012, Dong Wan, acting as the lead counsel, has provided legal services for more than 60 asset securitization programs.
In 2021, Dong Wan was selected to the “Asset Securitization and Derivative Products Lawyer List” in the Global Guide issued by Chambers & Partners. From 2018 to 2021, Dong Wan was selected for four consecutive years to the “Asset Securitization and Derivative Lawyer List” in the Asia-Pacific Guide issued by Chambers & Partners.
