Career
From 2010 to 2014, Lawyer Zhang Feifei worked in the Intellectual Property Law Project Office of the European Patent Office and the Ministry of Commerce, the People’s Procuratorate of Beijing Haidian District, and the basic People’s Government of Beijing Daxing District, the main working contents including but not limited to: research on the latest laws and regulations of property rights, the status quo of judicial protection of intellectual property rights, hold intellectual property related forums, intellectual property training activities, analysis and research of intellectual property hotspot cases, legal translation, etc., formed the research result “Comparative Analysis of the Revised Guidelines for Patent Examination of Chinese Patent Law” ; assisted prosecutors in handling economic criminal cases; and handled party and government work.
From 2014 to 2015, worked as a lawyer and patent agent (intern) in Beijing Hengdu Law Firm, and participated in handling hundreds of intellectual property litigation cases, including patent litigation, trademark litigation, copyright litigation, trade secret disputes, and others Anti-unfair competition disputes, etc., individual cases are influential in the industry or social hotspot cases.
2015-present, served as an Depudy Director of Intellectual Property Department, Partner, senior attorney, and patent attorney in Beijing Zhong Yin Law Firm, mainly dealing with intellectual property cases, litigation cases, criminal cases, etc., providing high-quality services to many American and European companies and domestic parties. 1 Beijing Rongqiniu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange) sued Zhao and Beijing Zhiyuan Xiangzhong Advertising Co., Ltd. for infringement of trade secrets, Lawyer Zhang Feifei won the lawsuit and it was rated as one of the “Top Ten Cases of Anti Unfair Competition Involving Data” by the Beijing Intellectual Property Court.
2 Provide a patent protection legal opinion for Word-of-Mouth Website under Alibaba (China) Co., Ltd. (securities code: 300168).
3 As a host lawyer for the German Kesseböhmer Group (a globally renowned kitchen and bathroom hardware enterprise), Lawyer Zhang Feifei was fully responsible for representing the intellectual property rights protection and administrative cases of the enterprise, such as brand anti-counterfeiting, patent confirmation, exhibition anti-counterfeiting, and infringement litigation, and have won multiple legal proceedings.
4 Great Wall Motors Co., Ltd. and Shandong Longqi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., as well as Shengda Motorcycle Supermarket in Xushui District, Lawyer Zhang Feifei had successfully defended their legitimate source of infringement of the design patent right, and was exempt from a claim of 3.3 million yuan, achieving satisfactory results.
5 Hanover Coffee Holding GmbH’s trademark rejection review dispute of Number 20590339 trademark “HANDGEROSTET HANNOVERSCHE KAFFEE MANUFAKTUR ERLESENE KAFFEESPEZIALITATEN AUS DER PRIVATROSTEREI”.
6 Provided comprehensive legal services in the copyright dispute between Audi Sales Co., Ltd., Superstar Andy Lau, and Peking University Mange, and achieved perfect results.
7 Beijing Lehuitianxia Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Suishou Interactive Co., Ltd. regarding the dispute over trademark infringement and administrative punishment of the game “Pirate King” (a （one of the）typical cases of the Beijing Haidian District People’s Court).
