In addition, Lawyer Yan has deep knowledge of Chinese regulatory landscapes and regularly navigates state-owned enterprises through M&A processes. Career

Lawyer Yan has more than 15 years of professional experience. Since 2012, he has been a senior partner at Zhong Yin Law Firm, where he has held various leadership roles, including management committee member, managing partner, chairman of the national marketing committee, and chairman of the management committee from July 2016 to July 2023. In addition to his law firm roles, Lawyer Yan holds various academic, business and legal positions, including Master’s Practice Tutor at Renmin University School of Law, member of M&A Professional Training and Certification Center, arbitrator at Beihai Court of International Arbitration, mediator at Beijing Multidimensional Mediation Development Promotion Association, and holds professional qualifications as a senior M&A transaction specialist and electronic information engineer. He has been invited to serve on expert groups for SASAC compliance projects and as an expert reviewer for central enterprises’ overseas investment and M&A projects.
