Career
Ms. Cheng graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia, with
a Master of Law degree in International Business and Economic Law, is a
member of the YOUNG ICCA (Youth Organization of the International
Council for Commercial Arbitration), the Foreign Lawyers Talent Pool of the
Beijing Bar Association, the Beijing Bar Association’s Foreign Legal Services
Research Association, and the Beijing Municipal Services “Two Districts”
Construction Lawyers Talent Pool, and a member of the Beijing Bar
Association.
Ms. Cheng has been engaged in legal affairs since 2012 and has provided legal
services to China Metallurgical Property Group, Investment Company and
State-owned Company of Inner Mongolia, PPP Project of Hebei Province, an
Agricultural and Commercial Bank, a fund company and other non-financial
institutions; Participate in corporate investment M&A, DD; ABS, ABN,
corporate bond issuance and other special legal services. Ms. Cheng services
for clients come from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, USA, Australia,
