Career
Steven Hsu is a qualified lawyer both in Mainland China and Taiwan and is also a registerd foreign lawyer in Hong Kong. Steven first received his qualification in 1996. Before join Beijing Zhong Yin Law Firm, Steven was a partner at Baker & McKenzie Taipei office.
Steven’s practice covers a wide spectrum, including securities (PRC domestic or foreign IPOs, asset backed securitization), Finance, Banking, Funds, Restructuring, M&A, VC/PE investment, International Investment, FDI, Corporate legal risk management, family trust and wealth planning and Sino-foreign arbitration. Steven has an abundance of know-how in the operation of direct-sale enterprises in Mainland China, and experience in representing Chinese businesses in cross-border M&A as well as in the capital market.
In Steven’s more than 20 years’ legal practice experiences, he has served numerous MNEs, inclusive of Fortune 500 companies, and has substantial experiences in the PRC domestic and international markets.
