Saljuq is a Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution solicitor and Partner at Taylor Walton. He has extensive experience of commercial litigation matters and in particular contract disputes, financial disputes, construction disputes, shareholder disputes, civil fraud and professional negligence claims.

Saljuq was previously a partner in a leading regional firm where he acted for a number of spread betting companies, banking and lending institutions, insurance companies and major suppliers to the building and construction industry.

Saljuq accepts instructions on a broad range of commercial disputes and high value corporate debt recovery matters, with a niche specialism in spread betting and financial disputes.

He has considerable experience of running high value trials including those in the Commercial, Mercantile and Technology and Construction Courts. He has also been involved in numerous mediations and other dispute resolution procedures.

Education

Saljuq holds a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Sussex.
