Position
Philippe Glaser, Partner, joined Taylor Wessing in April 2007 in the Dispute Resolution Group.
As a specialist in computer technology-related litigations, Philippe advices on projects for restructuring information and data integration systems, as well as on financing of hardware and software solutions.
He also intervenes on litigations in connection with the restructuring or sale of business (guarantee of liabilities, shareholders’ disputes, liability of Management, etc.).
Philippe advises professionals from the Asset Management sector (Asset Management companies, financial investment advisors, etc.) on regulatory and litigation issues, a field in which he has acquired extensive expertise over the years.
Career
Philippe, who was admitted to the Paris Bar Association in 1992, holds a degree specialising in politics & administration from the Institut d’Etudes politiques in Lyon and a postgraduate pre-doctoral degree in Corporate and Tax Law from the University of Paris II.
He was an Associate with various law firms until 1996 when he joined Dubarry Le Douarin Veil, and became a Partner there in 2001.
Philippe is also a member of the French Association for Computer Law and IT related matters (ADIJ) and of the Capitant Association.
