Position

Amandine Joulié is a Partner in the Real Estate Law department of the Paris office.

In 15 years of practice, Amandine has become a real expert in real estate law, allowing her to cover almost all the legal issues in this field – real estate investment, construction, leasing management, financing – for French promoters and investors.

Amandine joins in 2022 the Real Estate team in France led by Alfred Fink, Partner.

Career

After obtaining her DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise) in 2007, Amandine Joulié became a member of the Paris Bar in 2008.

Her career path through various business law firms (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, DLA Piper, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, LPA-CGR) led her to specialise in real estate law and to assist a French clientele, mainly consisting of developers and investors.

Amandine Joulié has developed a real expertise in real estate law, enabling her to cover almost all legal issues in this field – real estate investment, construction, rental management, financing – for French developers and investors.
