Oliver Kirschner is a member of the M&A and Private Equity practice groups and the Lifescience & Healthcare industry group at Taylor Wessing. His clients include private equity investors, family offices and strategic investors from Germany and abroad, whom he advises on national and cross-border transactions.

His core expertise includes the structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex transactions in the highly regulated healthcare sector on both the buyer and seller side. For more than ten years now, a particular focus has been on advising on the acquisition and expansion of MVZ networks, especially in the context of buy-and-build strategies, the acquisition of hospitals and all related corporate law issues in their operation.

Oliver Kirschner has regularly lectured on legal topics in the area of healthcare transactions and is co-author of the handbook on medical and healthcare law (Beck’sches Formularbuch Medizin- und Gesundheitsrecht).
