Position
Anna Rataj is a senior associate and a member of the Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets team at Taylor Wessing Warsaw in Poland. She is experienced in advising clients in all matters regarding mergers and acquisitions, post-transactional restructuring of companies, commercial contracts and corporate governance. She is also specialised in Banking and Finance.
In the course of her professional career, Anna has given legal advice in the course of several multistage national and global M&A transactions, including both share deals and asset deals. She has also supported commercial clients in making investments into Polish companies, including start-ups. Anna has completed a number of complex pre-transactional legal due diligences. She has also participated in projects involving the establishment of financial securities connected to loan agreements.

Prior to joining Taylor Wessing she gained experience in Polish and international law firms in Mannheim, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Cracow and Warsaw. She also worked at the Polish Embassy in Tel Aviv.
