Position

Łukasz is a renowned legal expert on the Polish market and even beyond. He advises banks, insurers, leasing companies, insurance agents, loan companies and other financial institutions in all banking & finance related matters, including regulatory matters (licensing, inbound and outbound investments, payments services, outsourcing, regulatory transformations, AML, digital transformations) and transactions (in particular real estate finance).

Łukasz regularly serves as a mediator at the Court of Arbitration of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He heads our Financial institutions & insurance group in Warsaw.

The ‘outstanding’ Zbigniew Korba leads the banking and finance group at Taylor Wessing Poland, which provides lenders and borrowers with transactional support, and financial institutions with regulatory advice, including on restructuring strategies.
