Ameet Deshpande is a specialist in trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation, with over 16 years’
experience in the IP domain. He advises clients in IP litigation, Agreement Drafting & Conveyancing,
Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Compliance. He has conducted litigation at the Trial as well as
Appellate Courts. He is registered with the Original side of Hight Court of Mumbai and is also a member of
the Pune District Bar Association.
Ameet has delivered numerous lectures all over India to bring about IPR awareness amongst students,
professionals and entrepreneurs at institutes such as the National Institute of Intellectual Property
Management (NIIPM), MSME, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), CII, ILS Law College and Symbiosis Law
College .
