Ajita Patki has been in the IP field for over 8 years.

She has completed her 5 year integrated law course from ILS, Pune in 2012 and has obtained her Master’s in Business Law from Bharti VidyaPeeth University in 2017. She has also completed Company Secretary Course from ICSI.

Her expertise includes devising strategies for securing IP and dealing with contract management. She is also actively involved in conducting IP Audits, Due Diligence and assists with IP Valuation. She provides opinions on availability of trademarks and identification of commercially viable IP. She One of her major areas of operation is drafting, vetting and negotiations of agreements (General and Commercial) for clients engaged in different sectors including Technology, Manufacturing, and Engineering. She also advises clients on copyright and design registrations. Her activities at the firm also include issuance of/reply to cease and desist notices on behalf of clients.
