Mr. M Rezwanul Haque is practicing in the field of Intellectual property since 1997. His expertise, in particular, extends to Patents, Trademark, Copyright and Industrial designs, and includes obtaining registrations, counseling on protection, enforcement and management of Intellectual Property assets with a special focus on enforcement of Intellectual Property, conducting detailed due diligence projects, representing clients in Intellectual Property litigation in various courts across Bangladesh. He also has extensive experience in prosecuting trade mark and patent applications, and managing clients’ portfolio in Bangladesh and the neighboring countries of Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka. He is presently working as a Managing Partner of IP Division and assist all the associates in serving the valuable clients.
